Shipping and Returns

When you select a specific product, it is important that you pay attention to the delivery date that we indicate in the "add to order" option, since depending on the product and the time at which you make the purchase, the management of the same can take from 24 to 48 hours.

direct stock:

We call direct stock the products we have in our main warehouse available for immediate shipment.

Indirect stock:

We call indirect stock the products that are not available in our main warehouse, but in a secondary one. These products must be sent to our main warehouse in order to be able to issue them. If you make your purchase before 11:00 am, we will receive your products the next day. If, on the other hand, you place your order after 11:00 am, your products will arrive within 48 hours.

As soon as your order leaves our facilities, you will receive an email with the tracking number, in case you need it to follow up.

It is from this moment when the delivery period begins to count.

In Portugal we work with several transport companies:

- CTT, orders confirmed before 6:00 pm (business day) have a delivery time of 24-48 hours and will be delivered from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm from Monday to Friday, except holidays.

- NACEX, orders confirmed before 5:00 pm (business day) have a delivery time of 24 hours and will be delivered from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday, except holidays and locations with mileage.

- DHL, orders confirmed before 5:00 pm (working day) will arrive at their destination within 24-48 hours and will be delivered from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

- GLS, orders confirmed before 5:00 pm (working day) will arrive at their destination within 24-48 hours and will be delivered from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

When you select a product, it is important that you pay attention to the delivery date that we indicate in the “add to order” option, since depending on the warehouse from which it is shipped, the delivery time may vary.

Several options can be given:

• The material purchased corresponds entirely to direct stock, so you will receive your order within 24 hours as long as you meet the conditions described above.
• The purchased material corresponds to indirect stock, so you receive the order within 48-72 hours.
• The order contains both direct and indirect stock products. In this case, you will receive a first shipment with products that have 24-hour delivery and another one later. There is an exception, if the sum of the products in the first shipment does not exceed €30, this will wait for the second shipment to be combined and sent together.

In the event that your order contains two shipments, if the payment method selected is cash on delivery, you will have to pay the total amount of the order upon receipt of the first shipment.

In case of absence, the carrier will leave a notice of attempted delivery for you to contact the nearest carrier agency in order to arrange a delivery time.

Finally you receive your order at the agreed delivery address.

The Portuguese Islands are excluded as shipping zones.

SHIPPING EXPENSES

At Jesusamoretti.com we guarantee free shipping for orders worth €19.99 or more to mainland Portugal and the islands*.

Our system will calculate shipping costs and automatically establish the most favorable shipping company for you based on the following factors:

• Actual weight of the items your basket contains.
• Final value of the items in your basket.
• The updated rates of transport companies.
• Delivery zone for your order.

The shipping company will automatically update as you add or remove products from your shopping cart.

* Conditions valid for mainland Portugal. Portuguese islands are excluded from our delivery areas.

* If you place an order worth less than €19.99, you will have the option to choose between different transport companies by paying €3.99.

* You can choose another transport company other than the one marked as free, upon payment of the minimum difference calculated by our system for each alternative. No alternatives will be shown that exceed a difference of more than 4.99€

RETURNS

1. The returned product must be in perfect condition, promotional or offer products, and in general everything that is linked to the purchase of said product.

2. The period for exercising the right of revocation is 7 working days.

3. In case of revocation, Jesus Amoretti ^® must refund the total payment received from the consumer, with the exception of the €9.99 shipping cost. The legislator refers to the reimbursement of ordinary delivery costs.

4. Returns will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within a period of 7 working days. In turn, Jesus Amoretti ^® must refund the total payment received from the consumer, with the exception of the cost of shipping €9.99 .

AJ esus Amoretti ^® may withhold reimbursement of the price until receipt of the items or confirmation of their return. The return of the amounts will be made on the same credit card used for the purchase, by bank transfer, or to an account indicated by the holder of the same being the person who made the order, always taking into account, for the reimbursement, the method of payment used by the customer.

5. Returns and partial cancellations of an order will give rise to partial refunds of the total amount pocketed by the complete order.

6. Not subject to the right of return are all products or articles that were acquired by placing an order such as gifts or promotional offers and that request a single return.

7. In the case of promoted products and in the case of revocation, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
